woo i like the 6 week body program. iam eatting so much. i like the ideal of blueing printing. and custom your on body program. i have gotton the cds. on the prgram. and let me tell you there worth ever dime. it the best weightloss yet. ive been on weightloss diets for years. i just could not keep my weight off once i lost what i wanted to. i love to here about ever one,s commits. summerain.

I'm going to be starting the 6wbmo this coming week. I will be grocery shopping this weekend. And I'm a body type C. If anyone knows some good tips for grocery shopping let me know.

Staying outside of the middle isles. I also buy my veggies frozen because they are less expensive and they do not go bad as fast.

I just bought the book 6 wbmo at a yard sale for .25. I have tried so many other things I figured this could not hurt. I just get tired a trying so many things. I am hoping with support from others I will be able to get to my goal.
