Hi everyone!
    I'm 26, 5'7", and 210.  I need to lose about 60lbs, but would like 70 to be right in the middle of my healthy weight range.  My diet is okay, it'd be better if i didn't sneak in wasted calories.  I'm also lactose intolerant and yet I can't stop punishing myself with the dairy.  I definitely need help there!  My first goal is to just get under 200, after that I want to be down 25lbs by June, I'm spending 2 weeks at the beach and I don't want to be mistaken for a whale.  I have trouble finding an exercise program that works for me.  I usually spend about 15 minutes every morning working out on my exercise ball.

HI there and welcome! What kind of exercise have you tried? I have tried a few and most of them I gave up very quickly. But I found some fun ones that I can do in the privacy of my own home. Course you would need a Wii or Xbox for some of them. I have been doing Just Dance 3 and Zumba for the Wii, and I have a DVD called Kettlenetics that I just started back up. I really like the dance games because they are not boring and even when I look like an idiot trying to keep up with them I am still having fun. Having fun has been the key for me so far. I hope you can find an exercise to work for you!

Yeah I really want to try the dancing games!  I love to dance so i figured those could be fun, I may have to break down and by a wii, although I think an xbox would be more fun!  lol  Mostly I try to get out an walk, but its so damn cold up here some days!  lol

So thankful to God! Yest. ate 3 healthy meals and did not feel slighted. Jogged 3x this wk in my liv. rm. to Christian music. More energy! Grandbabies here, playing with my 3 youngest kids. Thank you, Jesus. Blessings to all my new wt loss frnds.

Blessings to you all! I am glad I found your community. I am feeling hopeful today. I want to encourage everyone...cfrench that is great you want to go to the gym on Sunday--you can do it!!! I am jogging laps in my living room today to music from youtube.
