Hi All
New to the site. Decided on 1st jan to set my goal of getting to a healthy weight. Started at 251 pound and so far have lost
Week 1 - 6 pounds
Week 2 - 3 pounds.
I have two targets - first to get to 200 pounds which is what i weighed for a number of years.
Then to get to around 175/180 pounds.
Historically I have always flirted with exercise but ALWAYS overate  on  junk/fat food/confectionary.

so glad to find online support for my 57 lb weight loss. I really hope I can achieve it in 2015 after carrying so much baggage for so long.
