Hi Veronica,
I'm new to this site and this group. I just read your post and I can relate so much to what you are saying. What I have been told and what does help me is to set small goals. Celebrate those small goals. Instead of looking at it as 100 lbs to lose, look at it as 10 x 10 lbs to lose and celebrate each 10 lbs you lose. I hope this helps!

Hi,gastric bypass 2001.
Reversed 2007...after almost dieing,no weight loss.
RNY 2007....little weight loss. From 220 kg to 176 kg. in 6 months.now back to 192.............what to do?

Hi ladies...I need help! I got alot to lose and don't know where or how to start. Since I had my baby 5 years ago I can't stop gaining weight! I did WW points before she was born and did dang good at it. But now I'm the only one who needs to lose. HELP
