hello to all ..im new the this site,and needing help, i started taking phen 3weeks ago and it really keeps me from eating? which is good i guess ,but i have only lost 9 pounds im i doing something wrong?? my starting weight was 350 in november 09,lost down to 309 just watching what i eat and then started the phen 6-20-10 can someone please tell me how i can lose this weight alilttle bit faster or if im doing something wrong,,thanks so much

I'm not sure, I've never taken phen.
Are you exercising a little, drinking water, etc?
There may be a group on here for potions, pills, etc:  I'd check that group out and ask some of the folks that use phen.

I used Phen during a previous effort and had some success. The real value of phen is that it helps suppress your appitite, and therefore meets the basic "Less calories in" goal.

I lost weight, but it really didn't work for me because I didn't change my way of eating to something that would sustain the loss after I got off of phen. My doctor recommended that I not be on it for more than 3 months.

I am a little surprised that you lost only 3 pounds. Did your reduce your intake to 1200 calories or so and drink a lot of water?

For the last 9 months, I have been on a program that has helped me lose 95 pounds. I want to lose about 40 more. I started at 319 pounds. I am not taking any drugs or supplements. The key is that I am eating healthier now, and have become comfortable with eating a lot less.

I am on Phen. too.  I started it last Monday, but this is my second time.  I started it back in May and lost 15lbs in about a month. I couldnt go back for my follow up in June, so I just waited a while. 
Tomorrow will be a week, and I am going back and forth from my starting weight to -2lbs. 
I plan on adding exercise this week.  If I dont lose more this week, I dont know what I am going to do.
Its not working for me like it did the first time.  I actually stay tired.
