Support Group Forum

Hello to all. I've been a member here for about 2 months and haven't done a single thing in this site. I was happy to see support groups pop up though. I've been heavy all my life, although I dropped and gained a couple of times. Of course like evryone else, I've had so many things happen to keep me depressed and not have the motivation to lose this weight for good. I'm hoping to change that. Nice to meet you all.

(On a personal note: Stacie, it is very rare to see your name spelled this way. That is how I spelled my Daughter's name and she passed away almost 3 years ago at the age of 23. Nice to see someone else has good taste in the spelling department..:) ... )

(((hugs))) Jim I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your daughter. I can't not even begin to imagine how difficult that must have been for you!!

It is wonderful to meet you and we are so happy that you have joined us. Once you really get involved with EP you will find that it helps so much with motivation. I know for a fact that being here at EP on a daily basis has helped me stay focused on my journey. I wish you nothing but SUCCESS!! You can do this!
