By knowing who is reading your blog it helps you to meet more people in the community and find similar bloggers so that you can motivate each other. You can also view the date and time that they visited, which gives you an idea of how often your blog is visited and when your EP friends are online.
Customize your blog design
Although there are a wide variety of blog designs to choose from already, as a gold member you can customize a design by adding images, changing the colors, fonts and overall look to be sure that your blog is totally unique. One of the best ways to visualize your weight loss progress is by using a tracker. Your weight loss is likely to take place in several stages, and in this time it is advisable to set several weight loss goals, in order to keep you motivated. As well as the main goal weight you can set a two month goal weight, a valentine's goal and an Easter goal. As a gold member you have the option of creating three extra trackers (a total of five) so that you can track all your goals at once and enjoy more variation.
