7 day diet

Another fad "all you can eat" diet, not recommendable as it is rather monotonous and if followed would result in fast water and lean muscle mass loss. The weight lost would be gained back just as easily as it was lost.

Monday:

Eat all the fruit you want, except bananas.

Tuesday:

Eat all the vegetables you want. You may season your veggies with soy sauce, vinegar, or mustard.

Wednesday:

Eat all the fruits and vegetables you want.

Thursday:

You may eat 5 bananas and drink 5 glasses of milk.

Friday:

Eat four servings of beef, chicken, or fish (3 ounces per serving) and fresh vegetables.

Saturday:

Eat 4 servings of beef steaks (3 ounces each) and fresh vegetables.

Sunday:

Eat 4 servings of beef steaks (3 ounces each) and fresh vegetables.
