Body Log

Record every unit of weight loss

Another way of measuring weight loss progress, as well as recording your weight, is keeping track of your body measurements.

If you are undertaking an exercise program to lose weight then you will increase muscle size. Muscle weighs more than fat and sometimes it can be disheartening to see that you have not lost weight (the muscle is replacing the fat). It is likely that you will lose weight in certain areas too.

By measuring each body part you will have a better understanding of how your body is changing and by noticing every difference, no matter how small, is very motivating!

This log lets you enter measurements for your neck, bicep, forearm, bicep, chest, waist, hips, thigh and calf. A graph is then created for each body part to visually demonstrate how you are progressing.

Do you weigh yourself in kilos or in pounds? Do you measure in feet and inches, or meters and centimeters? You can choose your weight measurement preferences and set them through your account.
