GOAL!
Well, sorta. I'm 149.7, but do I really intend to try to keep the 149.2? No. The goal was out of the 150's, and I have ACHIEVED the goal! Now, to get to 140, or low 140's.
Tomorrow I am getting a new do, so I will post after pics! :) I have a LONG, rectangular face, so any suggestions would be appreciated!
I should be more ecstatic, but instead, I find myself wondering how in the world I wasted 39 years (ok, more like, 20 years) fighting my weight constantly when it's really as simple as calories in vs calories out.
This is what it took me 7 months to learn, but I believe, (and hope) I have. I have never thought about food so much in my life. I NEED to think about food. I NEED to PLAN what I'm going to eat in EVERY situation. And it's OK to eat pizza, two slices, and Chipotle, in moderation, and even ICE CREAM (in moderation).
I need to pay attention to what I'm eating, CARE about what I'm eating/fueling my body with, FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. And then, I will never have another weight problem.
