6 or 15?
So, my original goal was 149.2 (1492 went with the columbus theme, and is a good number for someone that's 5'8"); however, I have been down to 140 (solid muscle running 5 miles a day and lifting 5 days a week). I'm down to 155.8. I want to go down to 140, but I want to go with "normal" food (sans JC). I have about two weeks of JC food left in the freezer and I eat alot that isn't JC now, so it should last closer to a month. AND! I want to do this while I quit smoking. Quit date is Saturday April 17, 2010 (i plan on sleeping that day and sunday).
So, stop at 149.2 or push on to 140? What say you?

I think see how you feel at 149.2 staying focused on NOT overeating while quittiing will prob be enough pressure, but you might sail through it no probs?

Same...
Same as Heather... when you're happy and you don't have to kill yourself to stay at that weight... you'll know.
The no-smoking will be challenging enough. You can always lose the other five pounds on the other side of the smoke-free you.

Hear Hear!!
I agree with H & Donna!
See how easy it is to maintain at 149.2, if it's not a major chore & you're happy... stay there!!
You don't want to spend another few months fighting your way down to 140 only to find it impossible to maintain - if you're not gonna run 5xweekly & lift weights,
Congrats on being so close though - bet you feel great!!

:)
I would stop at 149.2, because we are tall enough to get away with it. Way to go on your loss. Where is your "after" picture?

Go for it....
I would go for it since you want to stop smoking and who knows what that will do to your body??? Some say weight gain, but maybe with your progress it will mean weight loss....
I vote to go all the way!!
Best with weight and no cigs!
