Tobaco companies need to be shot. I didn't throw them away, I smoked them all! And bought another. WTF!??!? My dad is FINALLY saying, it's good that you quit smoking, before, he'd say, to each their own, but now that he's really having difficulties, I think he's seen the proverbial light, and is encouraging me to stay quit.
MUST pick a NEW quit date. Yes, should be now, or tomorrow, but..... grrrrrrr. Nicotine is BY FAR the MOST addictive substance on earth. I swear.
On a good note, I'm down 4.1 pounds this week..... hmmmm coincidence? Nicotine DOES speed up your metabolism. YUCK mouth AGAIN. bleh
Anywho, happy Friday, ladies, we have ALOT of snow that is going to melt. :)
