Be Careful What You Wish For
You may just get it.
My boss and I had a conversation about the upcoming year and all that we have coming up. (read: MAJOR overhaul) We are about to replace our ENTIRE network. There will be ALOT of work and new things to do, and I'm REALLY excited. This is what I've been waiting for, on the other hand, this is going to create HUGE amounts of WORK and RESPONSIBILITY as well as LONG hours (read 60 - 80 hours a week). I've been so bored though, it will be a welcome change.
I find myself wishing that I could fast forward to this month or that month and X amount of weight. If I'm not careful, I may just wish my life away, and wouldn't that just suck? Striving to live in the moment, being happy right now.
Happy Tuesday, ladies! Glad we're back, I think I went through withdraw this weekend not having everyone's blogs to peruse. Addictions are bad, mmmmmk. oopsii. :)

You are right...it's easy to wish our lives away. I wish I could slow it down now when I see how big my girls are getting. Good luck with the overhaul at work!

very wise
We do tend to lose the process in the outcome so often, and when it comes down to it, the process is the important part, is it not?
