Good, but fragile
So, I feel really good this morning, if not a bit fragile still. But only when I bend over! lol I dunno, all the pilates ab work I've been doing seems to have evaporated. Ah well, that too, will get better with time, at least I can actually LIFT my legs and walk without pain.
I skipped the walk today, don't want to push too much just yet. Thinking I'll walk on Saturday again, on the treadmill, and ONLY 20 minutes, and maybe not such a quick pace. I didn't realize how EASY it would be to set me back. Guess I'm not getting any younger am I? :P
