Read back a bit
I know another girl who does Body Pump...She loves it as well. I've never seen it offered at any gym around here. Is it an East Coast thing? (She's on PEI)
You were here (W WA) when you were in the Navy? I have to say that normally, the traffic isn't as bad as it was last Friday, at least not till I get to Fife every nite....I used to just not get it, Fife is flat and straight, but I finally figured it out...there are two merges, and people around here are simply incapable of merging sensibly, so they make people in the lanes of traffic stop so they can push their way in.
Thanks for your kind comments...I'm working through this slowly.... Seeing you used to be 140...I don't think I was 140 when I graduated from high school, and I was a little taller than 5'8" back then. LOL You will get there again.

Not sure if this is
supposed to be private or here, but makes more sense to talk here,
Kel,
I am doing JC. And they have these TERRIBLE (imo) oatmeal square bars. I LOVE oatmeal, and I would just as soon eat cereal for most breakfast's, so that's what I'm shooting for next month. :)
Franma,
Body Pump is a world thing, or at least it used to be before they started suing everyone. :) Most gyms will call it something else now, and teach the same format. Basically, weights to music.
I was in W Wa from Aug 1997 - Sep 2008. (97 - 00 in the Navy) I stayed after getting out. :)
One thing I don't miss about Seattle, is the traffic! :)
To be fair, I doubt I will see 140 ever again. I was running at least five miles a day, and lifting daily as well. It was HARD work. I also had zero fat in my diet. I will settle for 150 perhaps even 160. Whatever weight I can maintain comfortably while being sensible and having a treat once in a while. :)

I think
160 was my goal, but at 51 I don't think it's realistic anymore. I'm not willing to fight anywhere NEAR that hard to maintain a weight like that.
