Before After

Day 1 -- The binge ends today!

I made the decision lastnight that the binge ends today.

I'm going to follow this book the best I can... proceed to the next steps when I'm ready, it's not a race.   The point here with the book is not changing my body.. but changing my mind.

I'm going to continue to use the Nutrisystem plan through the rest of the year.  If I struggle to stay with it, I'll start Weight Watchers in January '08.

It feels good to have a somewhat long-term plan. :)

The book!!

I am going to have to get that book!!

Great plan :0)

That sounds like a great plan. I've never heard of that book before but I'm going to check it out. I definitely need to change my mind too since I've done the eat just for the hell of it when I'm not really hungry kind of binge. We are on the same boat! :0)

How do you like Nutrisystem? My mom is thinking about going on it herself. Any info about it would be greatly appreciated! :0)

Hope you're having a great weekend! :0)

commitment

Until one is commited there is always hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts (and creation) there is always one elementary truth, ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans; that the moment one definately commits oneself, then providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occured. A whole stream of events issues from the decision raising one's favor all manner of unforseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have come his way.

I have learned a great respect for one of
Goethe's Couplets :
Whatever you can do, or dream, begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it.

I like your thinking...

backup plans are always good :)

My sister just quite Nutrisystem and gave me a whole box of her food.  I think I'm going to try to make it work on WW for me to supplement what I buy.  Who knows, maybe I'll like it so much I'll change plans!
