Humidity Hell
... that's where I am.
I have no air conditioning, so I am absolutely miserable and trying not to stay in the same place too long. I just feel sticky. I'm hoping it's going to be better by the weekend. If not, I may need to pack up and head to the coast. I don't think I've been this miserable since I lived in the Chicago area.
The nice thing about humidity though is that it's a chore to eat. Just not in the mood for anything. I just want water.... or pop lol.
So other than this humidity nightmare, I'm still doing good. Feeling like I may start adding exercise to my plan here within the next few days. For me, I think it was wise not to start trying to change everything at once.

Exercise!
I felt exactly the same way! I didn't want to start eating better and worry about exercise all at the same time. I knew when it was time for me to start exercising I would. I hope you find something that you enjoy!

Good for you.
Go for the water. Better healthy things come from it than the sodas!! Keep up the great work. I don't want to eat as much in the heat also.... hope it cools down for you or you find relief.
Have a great weekend!!

Exercise
I need to do this also. I thought about doing it next week. One thing at a time.

Heat sucks!
I'd rather not eat then not have air conditioning. How do you do it?

Sounds like Hell to me
I suffered from heat stroke when i was younger and now can barely stand things when it gets over 80, and humidity just about kills me, so I totally understand you. Its hard, my suggestion is to go everything at night when it's cooler.
Hang in there, it can only get better.

i hear you
hey! i hear you on the adding exercise. lately i've been managing my weight through diet alone. but i know the dreaded exercise can't be ignored too much longer. good luck with the add on, and the heat!
