2.5 POUNDS ! ! ! ! ! !
Lost 2.5 pounds this week. Yeah Me!!
Worked out 5 times compared to my 4 lbs loss last week with 6 workouts. Hmmm I wonder what that means? Get off my @ss!!
Work still bites. Doing a lot of soul searching wondering what I should do. The thought of sitting in a cublicle for another 25 years frightens the hell out of me. I think I want out of the IT business alltogether - but do what??? Who knows.
Missed a workout on Tuesday - just didn't feel like it. I cannot keep doing that. I wonder if I can work out twice tomorrow? We will see.
