P90X - Day 8 - Lost 2.7 lbs my first week!
Woo hoo!! I am feeling fantastic after my first week of P90x!! I lost almost 3 lbs this week! I am anxious to measure next week to see if i have lost any inches. I have been strictly sticking to a healthy diet and I think I am getting more in tune with my body. I still have my biggest cravings (desserts, sweets, breads), but they pass pretty quickly and don't really come unless I see a picture of the food.
Today I did Core Synergistics for the second time, completed it for the first time. Last week I got a little dizzy, but I took it easy this week. I kept telling myself, "Do your best and forget the rest" (P90x motto).
I had a great thing happen today. I dug out a swimsuit I bought last summer that I couldn't fit. I decided to try it on and it fit!!! Beautifully I might add. Oddly though, last summer I was around this weight and it was just waay too tight. So I must've lost inches but gained muscle. I'll take it! ![]()
My goals this week:
-Drink lots of water daily
-Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night
-Lose 2 lbs
-Complete every workout all 6 days
