Tuesday Walk

Today went walking and its getting easier.  I can really tell!   I also weighed today as well and lost another pound.  My walk info, going to have to use the average from the other day and last time.  I went walking, then stopped at a store to get some lunch, realized still had pedometer on, so took it off and stuck it in pocket, then went to another store, forgot about the pedometer...... # of steps 3394.  Distance:  1.361 # of calories: 305.5.   Wed is my official doctor appointment / weigh in.  I'll update my weight tracker then.

Sat walk

I bought a new pedometer for today's walk.  I guess its a 7 dollar with tax one :P  no biggie.  I *think* I set it up correctly.  Today's walk also seemed easier, I've walked this same path now 5 or 6 times, and this time I finished it almost 2 minutes early.....  So getting better at this I can tell, wasn't as winded or anything was very nice walk.  My hands didn't even get numb this time!! Was great. # of steps: 3193 distance: 1.360 # of calories burned: 287.3

Thursday walk

This is in 2 parts, and this is the first part the 2nd is the post below.  Seems was to windy hehe. Well well well, what a day!  Went to go weigh myself today and woohoo lost 4 lbs since monday!   I've now lost a total of 60lbs!!  Yeah woohoo great day. Walking on the other hand, everything conspired against me.   The ladies over in the Phentermine forums mentioned a fat burning belt at walmart that was cheap and really helped with removing fat. (it makes you sweat more in the area you use it)
So I bought one and it wasn't big enough for my big belly, so had to goto another walmart and get one more and link them together (they are velcro, easy to put together)  so went inside the school
( I walk around the college, they have a nature trail)  anyway went in the bathroom and while in there putting on the belt (really didn't want to be in the car, messing with a belt around my waist pulling
my sweats down lol would be bad)  anyway, walked into the bathroom and a couple people there, but walk to the back stall and start to change, while taking off jacket and lifting up shirt, about 10
people walk in the bathroom...

Walking for Thursday

post is too big for 1 so breaking it into too... O' well, anyway put it on and get out to the car, put on my hat and gloves (29 degrees out with wind chills in the teens!)  and then begin my walking.   A couple minutes later,
my pants start to fall down, they can't grip on the belt, its slick.. So I pull them up and walk around the trail a little bit more, then my pants almost fall down again.  So I tucked in my shirt, looked like one of those
80 year old guys with their pants pulled up to their chest.... oh well, So then seems pants staying on now and then I get a rock in my shoe...  So stop and get the rock out of my shoe and then continue on. 
Finally get done with my walk and reach to get my pedometer to see my results and it's gone.    So somewhere around the trail at the school is my 5 dollar pedometer....  Oh well I'll go buy a new one, and maybe
I'll find my old one, if someone doesn't find it first and take it.   So for results today going to use the average of the last two times I walked the trail, not the mall walk..

Mall walk

Today's walk I did at the mall.  The weather outside is frightful.  Was snowing when I went to walk and was raining before that.  So decided to go walk around the mall for a bit.  I didn't want people to think I was too stange walking around and holding up my hands every once in awhile because of the blood pooling in my fingers and making them numb (it happens when you walk correctly, swinging your arms pools the blood in your feet and hands...  Have to raise them above you heart to get the blood to flow back or stop walking for a bit.. So the walk was an easy one, though was 55 minutes long as I did stop a couple times to look around and give my hands a change to un-numb. # of steps 5320 distance 2.015 # of calories burned  478.8   All day i've been in a really bad mood.  Ready to snap at anyone.  I've tried to keep it in check, but man hope tomorrow is better.

Well walked the same path and got different numbers of course. I am thinking my pedometer must not have been clip on in the right position on Thursday.. So anyway, here are the results.   # of Steps:  3534 Distance:  1.338 # of calories:  318.0

Hum.  I walked the same path as Tuesday and I had my pedometer with me this time.  It seems I walked farther than I thought.... Though not going to change the totals for Tuesday.   I'll walk the same path again on Sat and see if I get the same results. # of Steps:  3658 Distance:  1.385 # of calories burned: 329.2

I forgot my pedometer when I went walking on Tuesday.  I walked the same path as last time a little more, so I'm going to use the average steps/distance/calories from the last few times as a count for this walk.   # of Steps:  3479.6

Thursday's Walk info

I posted my pictures from lossing 50 lbs.  I can tell I've lost a little bit of weight.   Was a bit dissappointed today as saw a couple people I hadn't seen in a few months and I was hoping one of them might say something about my weight loss.  But they didn't.  As a matter of fact, only my roommate and mom have said anything.   I'm a bit dissapointed, but I'm not doing it for them, I'm doing it for me.   Anyway my results from walking today: Number of Steps:  3387 Distance: 1.282 Calories burned: 304.8
