Hey today I'm back on track with things.  Only 1400 calories for the day.  I didn't go walk like I wanted too, but the temp outside is 9 degress and its snowing, roads are bad.. yadda yadda yadda.  I'm just in a better mood and I'm back on my diet.  So I feel good, I will try and add a day this week to walk, it may not be till sunday though...

Tuesday Walk

Well last couple days, I've been loosing  control.  Not sure why or what's up but today was a total failure on my part for the diet.  I'm not going to beat myself up for it, but I am dissapointed in myself.  I've done so well up until the last couple of days.  I think its cause Sunday I didn't take my pill and the Friday before either.  I did that so I could try and get some sleep as I've been staying up WAY to late and getting up early.  I need to get back in the groove.  Tonight, I start work again after a weeks vacation and that could be a part of it.  I could make excuses but it doesn't matter.  The last 3 days, my calories have been increasing.  3 days ago 2100, yesterday, 2200, and today a whopping 3000 calories.  I feel so bloated.   But I did go for my walk and froze my butt off so hopefully this will motivate me and get me back in gear.   I walked the same distance as last time I walked the trails. I might add another 2 mile walk this week and keep it up 4 times a week instead of the current 3, that might make up for the lax attitude I've had last couple of days.

Sat Walk

Sat went walking at the mall, not sure the distance, but ended up walking around the mall 3 times.  (I think it is almost 1 mile all the way around (Mall of the Great Plains) So I belive did at least 2 miles if not a bit more.  A friend was with me that works doing strength training and he was getting tired at the end of the walk as he doesn't work on cardio that much.  Felt nice to be able to out walk someone that's a lot thinner :) 

Thursday Walk

Went walking today, was a bit chilly out, but still did it anyway. I walked the 1 mile path, 2 times.  Forgot my Pedometer, so will just use the totals from the last time, which i think are pretty acurate. # of Steps:  4781,  Distance: 2.037  # of calories: 430.2   Also I lost another 1.5 lbs since monday.  So that brings my total to 67.5 lbs.  Just wish the tracker did 10th's of lbs, but no big deal :)

Hey Steph, if you're still reading my blog, want to say thanks!  Also my BP has come down.  I as of Friday last week, I was at 120/80.  Its on the high end of normal, but it is normal :)  I tried to reply to your comments and post on your web blog and use the contact me feature, but I couldn't get either to work, so I just made a post here to reply.  
Just wanted to say thanks and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask, and if you need support come by the phentermine forums everyone there is going through or has gone through what we are and are very supportive.  Wish you the best of luck on your journey. Yruc

Tuesday walk

What a hectic day.  Went to walk at normal place and the wind chill was way to cold.. the outside temp was 28, but the wind was blowing upto 25 mph... and my coat wont zip up.  So after trying to walk there, i went to the mall and walked.  Almost 2 miles so not to bad.  But just a crazy day.   # of steps 4502   Distane 1.918  # of calories 405.1

Monday Weigh in

I went to weigh myself today, to see how I did over thanksgiving weekend and I lost 3 lbs! Woohoo.

Sat Walk

Today was a good walk.  It was nice outside, not too cold, sun shining bright.  Was awesome walking weather.   So to make up for not walking on Thursday and eatting extra on thanksgiving, I walked the longest trail twice. I know the longest trail is 1 mile.  So walked 2 miles in 45 minuts.  I've been wanting to increase my walking, not sure if I want to add another day or go up more time..  I think I'll go up to 45 min now as it wasn't too bad too do. I dd have my pedometer and it did come out to 2 miles on the trail, so that is nice to know I've got it set right.  # of steps: 4781  Distance: 2.037  and # of calories: 430.2

Thanksgiving

Well Thursday was Thanksgiving.  I didn't walk as I went to my parents and didn't take my phen.  I ate decently, less than normally do, but more than I have been in a long time.   The food was good, only had 1 serving of everything except the corn caserole, had 2 of those (one of my favorite dishes) .  Had 1 piece of pumpkin pie, no whipcream or icecream..   Didn't count my calories for the day, just put in my spreadsheet...  A lot.  I'm not disapointed with myself at all, actually feel I did pretty good.  Of course could have done a lot better, but not going to berate myself.  Its good to enjoy ones self every once in awhile.  I will go walking Sat morning.  I'll walk a bit extra.

Dr. Visit

Today went to the doctors for my check up.  The nurse weighed me and I have lost 2 pounds since yesterday.!  (Part of it is I wasn't able to eat all night as doing a cholesterol test.  So in the 4 months I've been on phen, I've lost 63 lbs!!!!  Doctor is super proud of me.  Dr. said she usually gives patients 6 months on the phen, but since I'm so motivated and doing so well and having no problems she said she would let me continue on with it for a year if needed :)   I hope I don't need it a year, but it's nice to know that it will be there if needed.  I hope soon with change in diet and exercise that I will no longer need to use the pill as a crutch. Yeah me!
