Yruc Weight Loss Summary http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc tracking my results on phen en All rights reserved Weight loss extrapounds v2 http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/tech/rss 1440 http://www.extrapounds.com/images/avatars/users/yruc.gif Avatar http://www.extrapounds.com/ 100 100 tracking my results on phen Feeling A bit Renewed. http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/4036/feeling-a-bit-renewed Last couple of days I haven't given up, I've just slluffed (is there such a word?) off.&nbsp; I haven't walked but I've kept my eating under control and ~1400-1600 calories, I just haven't kept track of it my my spreadsheet like I've done since november.&nbsp; I filled them out best I could today though because last night when I got up, I finally weighed under 300 lbs!!&nbsp; I was at 299.6&nbsp; It was such a nice thing to see that on the scale!&nbsp; I also had my monthly wight / blood pressure check. and also my bi-monthly meeting with my doctor to check on how I'm doing and any side effects / concerns etc.&nbsp;&nbsp; On the doc's scale I wieghed 302.&nbsp; So officially lost 91 in 6 months. My doctor and her nurses were all happy and supportive and impressed, and after meeting with the Doctor and talking I feel better and more focused again.&nbsp; I know I still have a long ways to go but I'm doing well and its me that's doing it, I just have to keep doing it!&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/4036/feeling-a-bit-renewed">Comments(3)</a> 4036 Wednesday, November 30, 2005 22:06:11 Fighting a Battle http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/3738/fighting-a-battle <p>If this is rambling sorry, just need to let it out.&nbsp;&nbsp; Ever since I started losing weight, I've been battling with myself to stick with it.&nbsp; For the most part it's been easy, but these last couple weeks have been hard.&nbsp; I've slipped and almost fallen off the wagon, I'm holding on by the edge and I'm going insane.&nbsp; I still haven't dropped below 300.0 yet.&nbsp; Over the last week I've weighed, 300.0 to 301.6&nbsp; and my eating has also gone in and out of control.&nbsp;&nbsp; I've been eating too much and I notice it and then not eatting anything or very little rest of day..&nbsp; I think that's what has let me maintain the 300.0 but not gain / lose any either.&nbsp;&nbsp; I am really trying to stay focused but its hard.&nbsp; I've done so well up until this point, and I don't want to lose what i've done, so that keeps me going, but then I see that I have so far still to go and I'm just so tried and fed up with it.&nbsp; I haven't walked but once or twice in the last couple weeks and I feel bad about that too.&nbsp;&nbsp; I don't want to go back to the way I was living and eating, so I'm going to hold on tight and try and pull myself back up on the wagon again.&nbsp; I'll post how it goes this week.</p> <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/3738/fighting-a-battle">Comments(2)</a> 3738 Wednesday, November 30, 2005 22:04:00 Thursday http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/3281/thursday Went walking Thursday after class.&nbsp; I only walked for 2 miles though, but at least got started back up.&nbsp; I just hope I can keep the momentum going..&nbsp;&nbsp; Also I'm getting so close to the 300 mark... I'm getting impatient.&nbsp; Yesterday I was at 300.8 and then tonight when I got up I was at 300.4.. .argh!&nbsp; so close but yet so far to go..&nbsp; I can't remember the last time I weighed less than 300...&nbsp; After high school I avoided scales like the plague..&nbsp; I am going to guess though it was sometime ago... Maybe at the end of&nbsp;highschool that I&nbsp;hit 300..&nbsp;&nbsp; Last time I remember weighing before starting this journey was 275 and that was in highschool... Even though my weight wont be officially below 300 until I weigh at the doctors, at least mine will say it and I can say that I've hit a major goal.&nbsp; <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/3281/thursday">Comments(0)</a> 3281 Wednesday, November 30, 2005 22:00:00 Wed Catch up http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/3048/wed-catch-up Well this last weekend, I kinda of slacked off.&nbsp;&nbsp; I kept up on the diet part (though I did increase my calories by 600 calories a couple of days...)&nbsp; I didn't go walking though.&nbsp; I don't have an excuse I just wasn't feeling up to it.&nbsp; I've been kinda in a blah mood and find it hard to be motiviated.&nbsp; College starts later this morning and I am looking forward to it.&nbsp; I hope with this new college start I can get back into the walking habbit.&nbsp; Its been one full week since I last went walking..&nbsp; On Sunday when I woke up was at 301.8 and then Tue night I weighed when I got up and was 301.8 still... argh!&nbsp; Probably has to do with increase in calories over the weekend.&nbsp; I'm on track to be back down to 1200-1400 calories today and I think I got it back under control.&nbsp;&nbsp; I just don't want it to slip and lose control and back into my old habbits.&nbsp; I can tell over these last couple days when eating extra, I just didn't feel good..&nbsp; Though I didn't fall far off the wagon, I still fell.&nbsp; So I'm getting myself picked up and dusted off and jumping back on. <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/3048/wed-catch-up">Comments(0)</a> 3048 Wednesday, November 30, 2005 23:08:01 Thur and Fri http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/2656/thur-and-fri Well last couple days have been crazy..&nbsp; Thursday I walked, but it was at the store. I needed my phen refilled and that took an hour.. so I walked around and around the store while waiting for it.&nbsp; Friday I went to go walk but the weather was against me.&nbsp; I'm still too big to zip up my coat, and Friday the temperature was35ish but had constant winds of 15-20 with gusts upto 35 so the wind chill was in the 20's... I tried to walk but froze. I didn't goto the mall as I went home cause wasn't feeling well.&nbsp; Tonight just woke up, I feel better, so I might go walk&nbsp;Sat morning &nbsp;instead to make up for the lax thursday and the non existant friday...Just depends how I feel after I get off work.&nbsp; Waking up, I'm down to 302 which is 91 lbs.... though when I get something to eat, I'll go back up to 85-85 down probably... <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/2656/thur-and-fri">Comments(2)</a> 2656 Wednesday, November 30, 2005 23:03:22 Tuesday http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/2291/tuesday Snow and sleet today, didn't stop me from walking though.&nbsp; I went to the mall and walked about an hour, not quite, so I would guess 2.5 miles today.&nbsp; Yesterday went to bed early and didnt' eat dinner, was 700 calories short for the&nbsp; day...&nbsp; Maybe it will get me over this hump.&nbsp; Ever since I hit 80 lbs lost, my progrress has slowed down.&nbsp; Hopefully this will kick it back in gear.&nbsp; Crossing my fingers.. <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/2291/tuesday">Comments(0)</a> 2291 Wednesday, November 30, 2005 23:00:18 Monday http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/2079/monday I did it.&nbsp; I went walking today for an hour.&nbsp; I didn't want to, but I did.&nbsp; I'm glad I did go.&nbsp; Kinda in a foul mood today (&nbsp; so I'm off to bed for now, hopefully when I get up tonight, I'll be in a better mood.&nbsp; I walked 3 miles. <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/2079/monday">Comments(0)</a> 2079 Thursday, December 1, 2005 00:09:15 Thur and Fri http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/2002/thur-and-fri Went walking last week on Thursday for 1 hour (3 miles) on Friday i had a bad cramp in my leg and it was freezing out, so I went to the mall and waked around it a couple of times... was an easy walk due to leg cramp.... So hopefully this week i can get 3 miles a day 4 times :)&nbsp; I weighed myself tonight for the Big Loser Weight loss game on the Phen forums and I'm down to 305.6lbs.. a total of 3.6 lbs from last sunday and a total of 87.4lbs lost from start <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/2002/thur-and-fri">Comments(0)</a> 2002 Thursday, December 1, 2005 00:09:01 Happy Birthday http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/1741/happy-birthday Happy Birthday to me.&nbsp; Today for my birthday I went walking, to the doctors office to weigh and see my mom.&nbsp; On the doctors scale, I've lost 83lbs and on mine here at home, I've lost 85.. Today's walk was not to fun though as it was 35 degress with a nasty wind from the north, about froze, but completed 3 miles :)&nbsp; Hopefully will be able to do another 3 miles Friday.&nbsp; Getting close to 300lbs.&nbsp; Tonight when I woke up, jumped on the scale and 306.... so close can't wait, will hopefully hit 300 next week and that will be a major mile stone as I can't remember ever weighing less than 300 except for back in high school and even then I was a big guy... <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/1741/happy-birthday">Comments(3)</a> 1741 Thursday, December 1, 2005 00:05:22 Monday and Tuesday http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/yruc/comments/1545/monday-and-tuesday <p>Both Monday and Tuesday went walking 3 miles each day!&nbsp; I am wanting to get to 1 hour walking 5 days a week this year..&nbsp; Not sure if going to start this week or maybe next month..
