Walking for Thursday
post is too big for 1 so breaking it into too... O' well, anyway put it on and get out to the car, put on my hat and gloves (29 degrees out with wind chills in the teens!) and then begin my walking. A couple minutes later,
my pants start to fall down, they can't grip on the belt, its slick.. So I pull them up and walk around the trail a little bit more, then my pants almost fall down again. So I tucked in my shirt, looked like one of those
80 year old guys with their pants pulled up to their chest.... oh well, So then seems pants staying on now and then I get a rock in my shoe... So stop and get the rock out of my shoe and then continue on.
Finally get done with my walk and reach to get my pedometer to see my results and it's gone. So somewhere around the trail at the school is my 5 dollar pedometer.... Oh well I'll go buy a new one, and maybe
I'll find my old one, if someone doesn't find it first and take it. So for results today going to use the average of the last two times I walked the trail, not the mall walk..
