Feeling A bit Renewed.
Last couple of days I haven't given up, I've just slluffed (is there such a word?) off. I haven't walked but I've kept my eating under control and ~1400-1600 calories, I just haven't kept track of it my my spreadsheet like I've done since november. I filled them out best I could today though because last night when I got up, I finally weighed under 300 lbs!! I was at 299.6 It was such a nice thing to see that on the scale! I also had my monthly wight / blood pressure check. and also my bi-monthly meeting with my doctor to check on how I'm doing and any side effects / concerns etc. On the doc's scale I wieghed 302. So officially lost 91 in 6 months. My doctor and her nurses were all happy and supportive and impressed, and after meeting with the Doctor and talking I feel better and more focused again. I know I still have a long ways to go but I'm doing well and its me that's doing it, I just have to keep doing it!
