Wed Catch up
Well this last weekend, I kinda of slacked off. I kept up on the diet part (though I did increase my calories by 600 calories a couple of days...) I didn't go walking though. I don't have an excuse I just wasn't feeling up to it. I've been kinda in a blah mood and find it hard to be motiviated. College starts later this morning and I am looking forward to it. I hope with this new college start I can get back into the walking habbit. Its been one full week since I last went walking.. On Sunday when I woke up was at 301.8 and then Tue night I weighed when I got up and was 301.8 still... argh! Probably has to do with increase in calories over the weekend. I'm on track to be back down to 1200-1400 calories today and I think I got it back under control. I just don't want it to slip and lose control and back into my old habbits. I can tell over these last couple days when eating extra, I just didn't feel good.. Though I didn't fall far off the wagon, I still fell. So I'm getting myself picked up and dusted off and jumping back on.
