Well, just ran across this place to create this blog. Seems like it wil be nice as I've wanted to start recording my exercise and weight loss week to week. Started in August taking Phentermine. I was doubious at first, but within 2 days, my appitie was gone! WOW made a huge difference in what I ate. I used to be able to eat a 12 inch sub from Mr. Goodcents without to much of a problem. Now, taking Phen, I can barely eat a 6 inch one before I'm full. So far I've lost ~ 45 lbs since I've started. I've also started exercising now. I walk 3 times a week. I started out walking 15 minutes each time and did that for 3 weeks. I then increased my walking to 20 - 25 minutes for 2 weeks. This week just increased my walking time to 30 minutes. I will try and do 30 minutes 3 times a week for 2 - 3 weeks and see how it is. Hopefully after I adjust to 30 minutes of walking, I hope to add another day then another to get to walking 30 minutes a day 5 times a week.
