Thur and Fri
Went walking last week on Thursday for 1 hour (3 miles) on Friday i had a bad cramp in my leg and it was freezing out, so I went to the mall and waked around it a couple of times... was an easy walk due to leg cramp.... So hopefully this week i can get 3 miles a day 4 times :) I weighed myself tonight for the Big Loser Weight loss game on the Phen forums and I'm down to 305.6lbs.. a total of 3.6 lbs from last sunday and a total of 87.4lbs lost from start
