Monday and Tuesday
Both Monday and Tuesday went walking 3 miles each day! I am wanting to get to 1 hour walking 5 days a week this year.. Not sure if going to start this week or maybe next month.. Depends. I walked for 1 hour both Monday and today and I'm pooped. I might do 4 times a week until Feb to get my body used to it and then try and increase my walking. I guess it depends on how I feel tomorrow. Stopped by the doctor's today to weigh and 83 lbs lost!

I am just new at this blogging but see that you are very similar in goals to me. Losing over 1/2 of yourself. That rocks that you have lot 83 pounds.

Yruc, wow you are doing great! I just started phen on Monday. I must say I am very thirsty all the time on this. How long has it taken you to loose your weight? I can't wait to start to loose. Keep up the good work you are an inspiration.....
