I can definately see a diff
That is great. Is that the same shirt? You can really tell you are smaller all over. Do you feel better, healthwise and energy wise?

Yes it is the same shirt, it's really big on me now. I do feel much better, I have more energy and feel better about myself. I still have a long ways to go, but I am determined to get there. Thanks for the comments!
