I am proud to say that I lost 2 pounds this week! I am hoping if I work hard at keeping myself on track that I can keep this up.
I have managed to raise my total steps walked in a day up in just one week. I am taking the stairs more, granted its down but still its a start. I think having my pedometor on is helping me to be accountable, its almost a challenge to see if I can outdo my steps each day.
I survived a family party, which is hard to do, but I stuck to mostly healthy foods. I logged all my food, with the exception of the party, and managed to stay on track.
When all is said and done, I think I had a great week and I am determined to keep it up.
