I am proud to say that I lost 2 pounds this week!  I am hoping if I work hard at keeping myself on track that I can keep this up.
I have managed to raise my total steps walked in a day up in just one week.  I am taking the stairs more, granted its down but still its a start.  I think having my pedometor on is helping me to be accountable, its almost a challenge to see if I can outdo my steps each day. 
I survived a family party, which is hard to do, but I stuck to mostly healthy foods.  I logged all my food, with the exception of the party, and managed to stay on track.
When all is said and done, I think I had a great week and I am determined to keep it up.

The Harsh Truth.......

I can never stay on track!  I have been fat for way too long, almost 15 years. Something has to change.  I know what to do its just a matter of doing it.  I have journaled my food for 8 weeks now, but it doesn't help if you don't eat right and measure.  I don't exercise, pretty much I just don't give a damn and I need to.  So today we turn that dreaded page again and try.  We are measuring our food, slapping the pedometor on and drinking some more water.  Will this be the true start of my weightloss journey for me, is it the right time?  We can only wait and see......

Week 3

Here I am at the start of week 3.  I have dropped 3.7 lbs in 2 weeks, which is good.  I have been measuring what I eat, that helps.  Truthfully, the portions were not that far off, on some cases I was cheating myself and not giving enough.  Got a new digital scale at Walmart for 19.95 and it works great.  So as long as I stay focus I should be good.  Oh yeah, love using my George Foreman grill again, too bad its a bitch to clean LOL

Week 2 take 712!

Surprise Surprise!  I fell off my diet yet again, okay not really but was not following strickly.  I started back up last week and dropped 2.2 lbs this week!  Yay!!

Week 16

Down another .4!  Woohoo!  I am excited, I am so happy!  I won't hit the 10 lb mark by May but I am close! 
 
 

Week 15

I ate AWFUL last week!  The insanity is that I still lost .5!  I have kept almost 8lbs off in the last 15 weeks.  I seem to be sticking with .5 average.  Which is cool, cause at least its a loss.  I have to up my game cause I would like to at least hit the 10lb mark before May.  And hopefully I can drop 15 lbs total by my birthday in June.

Week 14

Week 14 and I am still down   I had decided to go ahead and not go to meetings anymore.  I am not getting anything out of it, probably because I have done this for so long on my own that everything they talk about I am familiar with.  I am going to continue doing it on my own just not pay $12.00 a meeting to go stand on a scale!

Week 13

I was very happy with my .2 loss last night.  I was expecting a gain!  I had a very stressful week with my husband sick, so I didn't do too hot.  All I know is that I have kept almost 7 lbs off in the last 13 weeks, plus my clothes are fitting better! My biggest moment of the week was a NSV with my jeans.  I took my freshly dried jeans out of the dryer and they were loose when I put them on!!!!  Happy Happy Happy!  This week I am hoping to get back to exercising and to try to start using a hula hoop 

Week 12

So I gained .4 which is not bad, considering I ate AWFUL this week.  Anniversaries and Birthdays in the same weekend are not a good thing!  On to a new week :)

Week 11

So last night dropped .6 of a pound, giving me a 7 lb loss.  I was hoping for more considering I have been exercising and watching what I eat.  But being a woman there is always bloating going around LOL  The good news though is I am 7 lbs down, or as my friend says I lost a couple sticks of butter and a bag of sugar LOL
