Back to blogging about getting rid of the fat
Spent the winter gaining and holding onto 10 pounds that I am now working to lose again. I have set a goal and I am back to better eating plans and adding back more movement plus some strength training. These plans will be very enabling to help me get to where I want to be in my body. But more importantly is my attitude because I BELIEVE that I can do this and that is very important to acheivement.
