My first post on this blog.
Hi guys! My name is Paula and my friend Jennifer got me on here. I am a gastric bypass patient (9/21/2001) And I have lost 127 lbs. I still have about 25 pounds to go to hit my goal. I do it with sensible eating now . My only big problem is I dont get enough water intake. I really have to work on that! Hugs to you all and good luck on your journeys!
