Being more positive
In my attempt to be more positive instead of so negative about gaining some weight back I've decided to look at it like this....
In 2000 after I had my DD I was at an all time high weight of 285 and then proceeded to get down to 175 (never got to my goal). Instead of saying I've gained back 35 lbs. I'm going to look at the positive side and say I've maintained a 75 lb. loss for over 7 years!
I'm so glad I decided to get back to losing weight, getting to my goals, and being the weight I want to be though.

A Loss is better than a gain!
Keep being positive, and you will get there! Not putting on weight for the last 7 yrs. is a big Positive. Believe in your self and you will achieve your goals.
Keep on Keeping On

THANK YOU SO MUCH!
You put the need for remaining positive into beautiful perspective and I thank you SO very much. Why is it that we are so down on ourselves sometimes ... or ... should that be, most times? We are SO much more than what our scales read or the size clothing we are wearing.
You and every one of the beautiful women here at EP are a godsend to me. I wanted to belatedly thank you for your lovely comment to me on one of my recent posts to my blog.
Thank you for being here, for being real and for knowing and not being afraid to say what is in your heart because truly, we are sisters of faith, faith in God, and this tranforming faith, that allows us to then believe in ourselves and our innate goodness and worth, which we both know has NOTHING to do with what size or weight we are.
Wishing you a very blessed day!
Blessings,
Janet

Hey there!
You have done an awesome job keeping all that weight off, and you're back on track now; right? You had asked me about WW points. I am allowed 36 points for my weight (but I get 10 extra for breastfeeding). So it would really be 26 normally. Are you following any specific plan at the moment? What about exercise?
Well, have a wonderful evening!
