Before
This is me wearing my infamous vest - which conveniently hides my bulges. Wearing it gives me the feeling of safety and camouflages my weight gain. I also look and feel tired ALL OF THE TIME.
I have committed to getting rid of the vest so I can deal with the real issues. My sisters and friends will be happy to see it will no longer be a staple part of my wardrobe. In a weird, but scary sense, I will feel relieved to also get rid of it!
