resistance training.
Tuesday,
A little stalled in my working out at the gym.
Haven't gone to the gym in 3 days.
I haven't made the time to go.
I have managed to take 15 or 20 minutes here and there for resistance training at home.
So my muscles are not turning to fat.
Ah, such is life,
at times a little over scheduled.
Tomorrow for sure, my destination will be the gym.
Today I make Time to do 20 minutes of resistance training at home.
Than supper with friends.
