ok well mayb not hot, but pretty darn warm!! Our unit is going out and most of last night it would not run. We never got hot, but it was warming up quite a bit when I tried it again this morning. Boy I've gotten spoiled to central air!! My hubby is going to try to get someone out here today, but he's working himself so I don't know how far he'll get. I was supposed to have some people over this weekend. My 2 best friends from when I was a teenager, we haven't all been together since we were about 20, I see my cousin all the time, (one of my best friends) but the other girl I hardly ever see, we write each other though. well she was going to come spend the night tonight and we were all gonna cook out together, I was really looking forward to it, but if this unit can't be fixed today then I'm gonna have to cancel. I hate to, but there is no way that I'm gonna ask people over to bake with me.
I've had to back off the exercise until Monday, I pulled several muscles doing all the toning and figured I better behave myself until I recueperat(sp?) didnt get all my water in yesterday either. I'm gonna have to do better, but when I run errands all day it is hard to get it in, bc it gets too hot to drink while sitting in the car. Oh well maybe I'll do better today. I have tons of laundry to do and I hear the unit making an awful noise, so I better go!!
thought I would try to check in, I only have a few minutes. the new schedule went pretty well, I got up later than I should have and had to adjust it, but other than that it went well. I weighed this morning and seemed to have gained a pound, but I think it is water bc my fingers are more pudgy than usual. I am going to see how things look Friday and if I am still gaining then I'm gonna have to change something up. I did good today, I'm on my 4th liter of water(thought if I increased the water maybe I could push it off better) I still have 9 points left for the day, I did 45 min. of cardio and 30 sit ups and 30 crunches. I worked on toning Thighs today and learned that I do not like lunges and they don't like me either, maybe the more I do it, the better it will get, though. We are all getting ready to leave for church right now, but that is pretty much my day in a nut shell. I still have 2 subjects to grade, as we are doing a little summer school. I'll get those graded after church.
I will probably miss tomorrow bc of throwing my 5 year old a b day party, but will try to check back in on Friday. Have a good evening everyone!!
Well I think I've worked out a schedule for myself so that I can get all my stuff done everyday. You know you would think with me being a stay at home mom that my day would not be so hectic, but it is!! So the the new plan is this:
get up at 6:30 everyday
spend 1 hour reading in Bible and praying (day goes much better when I put Him first)
2 hours spent on exercising
30 min. bath (kinda stinky after 2 hours of exercise)
2 hours of cleaning house (should sparkle after all that work)
2 hours a week on church stuff, (I do a lot of paper work for our youth and I oversee a ladies group and I teach sunday school)
2 hours grading papers (during school)
2 hours on computer (it's sad, but if I don't time myself then I will spend mindless hours)
So if I figured it right I'll be done in time to start supper at 6:00 and have the rest of the evening to myself. You know it's kind of sad, but at this rate I have little time for my hobbies. like reading and sewing. well I'm whining and need to quit. Just thought I would let you know that I'm back it seems. I am trying the schedule out tomorow. and then Thursday I'll have to forget it bc my son's bday party will pretty much take over, but I'm just glad I can have him a party. blessings are really everywhere if we'll just take the time to acknowledge them.
My day went really well today. I got in 1 hour and 15 min. of exercise and spent about 30 min. toning abs and obliques, along with 30 sit ups and 30 crunches. I got in all my water and stayed within my points. I'm sore from a new exercise and I'm not even sure if the exercise will do me any good. (I kinda made it up from one I saw on Spark people) I have to find an exercise that I can do to firm up the hangy down skin on my upper arm. My hubby says they are my triceps, so I got to do something bc they are out of control.

In case u were wondering, I'm fine! I got through the teeth pulling just fine. Finding it hard to eat with less teeth, but that can only aid in my weight loss right? lol
I may not drop in very often for a while. I've been so busy lately that I've decided to cut back where ever possible until I get myself a little better organized. I'm still doing well on the exercise and dieting. I'm down to 192 which is a total of 38 pounds gone and when I checked my inches (I do this once a month) well I've lost 6.75 inches total in a month. So I'm doing really good I think!! I'm averaging a little over 3 pounds a week and when I started this I was hoping for 2 pounds a week, so I'm very pleased!!

Well today has gone very well!! I did one hour and 15 min. of cardio and 30 sit ups and 30 crunches, have had all 3 liters of my water and fell just under my points range!! I'm glad.
Tomorrow I am going to have 3 teeth pulled so I probably wont b back until Monday. I'm gonna have to take it easy until then too, but I'm hoping that Monday I can get back in the swing of things!! My daughter came back from camp today and my middle son left for camp. He comes back Saturday and then my oldest leaves on Monday and wont b back until Friday. I'll b glad when camp time is over!! they love it though. I have got to write a grocery list tonight so I can get groceries tomorrow after I get my teeth pulled and then I need to make plans for our vacation. We are going camping for 5 days. from the end of June till the 5th of July, so i need to plan meals and stuff and start buying some things ahead of time, so it wont' b so expensive for us. I'm really looking forward to it!! I love camping!!

Well the weekend was pretty rough and too intense to talk about, but it's over and according to the scales I've lost 3.6 pounds from last wed. so I'm very happy about that!!!
I've stayed within my points today and had all my water. I didnt get in as much exercise as I wanted, but I did excersise.
Well I know this is short, but I really need to get to bed so I can get up early and get off to a good start tomorrow.
I am sooo glad that summer is finally here, camping trips, swimming, and the list goes on and on!!!!
I've done amazingly well today, I got up early and went to the Y and did 30 min./2 miles on the treadmill and then did 15 min. of toning abs and obliques, then I left there and went home and cleaned the house and had b fast, after bfast I did a 30 min. / 2mile WATP video and then I did 10 crunches and 10 sit ups and then I did my 30 min. STEP video, I had a 3 point snack and then we went out to eat for supper, I am pretty sure that I stayed within my points today and by 2:00 I had all 3 liters of water in. I mean I kicked butt today!! and I'm glad of it.
In the morning I'm getting up early and going to the Y and working on the treadmill and then doing toning on my legs and hopefully when I get home I will have time to do my 30 min. WATP video before we leave to take the kids swimming for the day, then after that I'm getting my daughter ready to leave for camp on Sunday morning and before she leaves I have to fix 2 of her skirts and then Sunday between services I am helping with a baby shower, so I said all that to say this: I'm not checking in again until Monday, bc if I do have any time freed up then I'm putting it to use on exercise time, bc I'm determined to see 180 by the end of this month!!!

I know, I know it has been forever since I blogged and boy oh boy does my weight loss ever show it. I've been super busy and well kinda fell off the wagon too and so that is y I've stopped blogging, but I'm back now and glad of it. I wont even try to fill you in on everything that has been going on lately, but we did go camping over the holiday and we had a blast, though I did pick up a nasty sunburn. We are going camping again on June 30 and staying until July 5 and I have a goal for when we leave. it is to weigh 180. if I do I plan to reward myself with a bathing suit. I cant remember the last time I had a new one. Also if I meet this goal it will push me to 50 pounds lost and that will b another goal met bc every 25 pounds of loss I get 2 new outfits, it's that or go naked. oooh scarey. So I'm really hoping to meet my goal.
anyway, I'm gonna start posting daily starting tomorrow and I'm off to check up on you all.

well this is gonna b short, I'm sick with bronchitis, dr. said no exercise for a couple of days, so I'm really hoping I dont' gain from this little bump in the road, but I'm still watching what I eat. so mayb I wont.

Ok well my reward for entering ONEDERLAND was to join the Y!! So today I went and I think I'm gonna love it!! I found several machines that will work my flabby arms, thighs and abs. plus I love the treadmill and cycling!! I am planning on going every day and continuing with STEP at home and maybe more if I have time!! I think this is definitely a step in the right direction!!
Today was pretty laid back, I stayed on track with everything and ended up walking 2 miles and cycling for a mile too. plus my regular exercises.
I'v done pretty much nothing today and I gotta say it's been nice, but I do need to get something together for R.P.M. Friday night. I dont have a game picked out or anything, so I better get busy!!!
My goal for onederland was gonna be a manicure, but I've never had one before and when I called to see how much it would cost they acted so snotty that I decided that I would never blend in at a place like that, and besides the Y is a much healthier reward. My next goal? Well when I get back to the 80's that is 189 to be exact then I am gonna reward myself with an ipod shuffle, it will be perfect to use at the Y. So everytime I have to listen to their cheezy music I'll just work that much harder so I can get tunes of my own!!
