Okay, Not bad for break

I went on a diet freeze. Starting Dec. 18, 2011 until Jan. 6, 2012. I continue to take pills but ate moderation of carbs. The first couple days I was sick to my stomach. I was so scared I went to take a pregnacy test: Of Course Negative.  In those week I eaten: half of bagel, total of 1/4 cup of cook white rice, McDonald's Chocolate chips cookies and Store brought Pulbsy Dough Chocolate cookies but I honestly same I ate a cookie a day. Now back on track.
 
I just added oatmel to my diet this week. I know It's not low carbs but I need to add grains to my diet. I'm loving my results of the loss of 30 pounds. I wants to lose another 35 to 45 pounds. This is were I starting to give up because i starts to enjoy how I look now and be like I quiting. But quiting aint a option today. I hope by Valentine Day I have lost about 10 pounds and that 2 pounds a week.

Ok, I did it!

I offically weigh-in at 215.5 yesterday at the MD office. Today, I did lost additionally 1 pound but I wouldnt count that on until next week. I did my trick again: I added steak. Nice for boosting your protein intake. I ate steak for 3 days. It's was ribeye steak. Monday  for dinner, Wednesday for breakfast (steak and eggs best boost in the morning) and Friday and for dinner. I drop 6 pounds. Wow! I didn"t make my goal of 15 pounds, but I was only short by 1 pound so not that upset. Well my doctor office is closed until Jan 3, so I'm on my own. Xmas coming up. I think I want add something back to my diet. I wonder what. I think I wanna add sugar twice a week and see how that affect my weight loss. McDonald do has so good ole chocolate chips cookie and oatmeal too (wednesday and saturday). I eat no sugar at all only use splendid only. I love it too and it comes in brown sugar also.

OMG up 2 pounds, But It was worth it

Okay, I told myself I'm  not going to cheat for Thanksgiving and I didnt. The problem was my oldest 11 eleven year old birthday sleepover with family lead to junk food feast. I enjoy it and my baby ask my to go off my diet for her so I did. Things a single mom would do for their kids are amazing.This just put a little set back in my goal of 215 pound by Dec. 6, 2011 but what another week back

I cheated.

I ate 3 McDonald Cookies. I had a bed weekend full of stress. My water heater went go so ice cold water in the some what winter time is no joke. Job Scale says 224. Official weight at 5pm. Wish me luck. I hope I say 223. But a girl can wish. I think I should be finish with this diet by Jan 31, 2012. Then hat would be a total of 70 pounds. My jump rope is my bestfriend. I'm so sore and my thighs are killing me. No pain No lose or gain in muscle.

Okay, Eating MORE Protein

As a result of eating more protein, I lose 3 pound this week with a yo-yo meal plan. No exercse either. I ate 850 to 900 cal for 3 days and 1100 cal for 2 and weekend I had only meat and 1/4 cup of bake beans (I suppose not to eat this because of the brown and white sugar content) but I love my bake bean when I make it. My doctor wanted me to add cereals to my diet but I can't find a good cereal with low carbs. I did took a walmart brand ex-lax Thursday and Sunday night. My water intake is only good on weekdays because I'm at work, but weekend I'm home in the streets it's something different. This my goal for this week end is adding more water on weekends.

I did it! Adding more Protein

I boost my daily protein intake to 145 to 155 mg of protein and I broke my stable weight loss. Yayyyyyyyyyy

When Can I add exercise?

Ok been on phentermine for almost a  month and lost 15 pounds so far. I need to know what exercise would be helpful.

Ok, I know I shouldn't but I did

I reweight myself after the disappointment of yesterday weight-in. I loss the stubban pound. Yes, Finally 15 Pounds down and 45 pounds left.

Ugh, Just weight on my job scale

OMG the same weight. I'm feeling alittle constipated. The only thing I changed was from Acai 1000 mg to hoodia 1000 mg. The Acai 1000mg I went to the bathroom. My heaviest meal is Breakfast and light snacks thru out the day.
 
 
Oh yes, It rained all week so no walking either.

I need more calories

I been trying and trying. I can't go over 800calories a day.
 
I think I need to double up on eggs in the morning.
