Next goal for this week ...ultimately would be to be at 189 by next WI...realistically....i'm aiming for 191....

I worked out today...i've been sticking to my workouts and pretty much with my food...
 
I'm determined to MAKE this 10lb goal,,,GRRRRRR.....i've just been floating with it just beyond my reach....well.....enough of that!

Next WI is on Wed, so i'm hoping then to be even better off than i thought i'd be....good luck to all this week as well.....

With TOM anyday now....im at 198....
Hopefully that means an actual loss...:)
My goal by next WI is 4 lbs...which will bring me to my 10 lb goal...
 
I need to keep my workouts up ...and keep on making everyday count...getting the food i need and drinking water..

Why does it feel like sometimes we're on a sinking ship?

 

SIGH....the scale is showing some of the slips i made last week....im at 198 ..up 2 from last week...TOM is on its way, so i find im really craving chocolate and such and i AM trying to make decent choices, but i have to say that today was a choco-loco day...lol...and i am stressing the LOCO part bigtime! (feeling'a bit crazy)
Anyways, ive kept up with my workouts....im NOT weighing myself each day right now...but only on next Wed....and i will just keep on trucking...we all have bad weeks...right girls?:)
MENTAL NOTE TO ME:      I WILL MAKE 10 LBS ...I WILL MAKE TEN LBS..(LOST THAT IS!!!)
 
Update: I know i said i wouldn't WI till next Wed, but i'm down a pound...so YAY for me...:)

Back on program but still eating out a little too much...

This weekend has been THE toughest so far, in my journey. Just so busy with being MOM and not really having much help, it's been a bit nerve racking...and i have to admit that when i feel this rough...gettting out at night is about the only think that helps settle me down. Problem is that it's easy to down a few drinks which then halt weightloss efforts.

So, that being said, i realize i have to try some other ways of de-stressing and turn away from empy calories. I'm looking forward to my workout tomorrow and kids being in school too :)

So far so good today...

I had to pretty much make myself eat all the food im supposed to be consuming...somedays are just like that...other times, i just cant eat enough; but i find that when i get my veggies in, it really helps fill me up.

I have to say that im feeling reaaallllly wiped out this weekend...i cant wait till my yearly physical so maybe doc can assess some things and help me keep myself more even keeled, cause i hate feeling so whacked!

Still though, im going to pat myself on the back for sticking to my plan today thus far, and getting those greens in too! Looking foward to checking the scale on Mon morning....

Follow-up before the weekend....

This past week has been a lil crazy....but i'm surviving. I've kept up my working out and eating NS foods ...though having a night out or dinner out sometimes puts it out of whack, but well...one has to live life...just have to get right back on board when i'm off program somewhat.

Tonight i went out and had 8 wings...and even a brownie. I'm not going to weigh myself tomorrow cause i know it will affect my weight, so instead im going to just get right back to program and see where it lands me on Mon morning :)

I know the 10 lb mark is coming soon...

My Update...

Still pluggin away at eating my NS foods and working out....yeah!

Weight-loss so far:

Starting wt.= 204.6
WK 1         = 199.4    (-5.2)
WK 2         = 196       (-3)

So, i've finally come up with my 10 lb goal.

I'm going to treat myself to gel nails I think. French manicure.

Wah..i really need to get online again soon, but right now im all tired out and need sleep!
