Weigh-in time worked out ok...
ANother 1.5 lbs...not too bad, though I have been sick for the past week so that doesn't help ...hoping I will kick this nasty bug soon!
Sorry for those who commented on my blog and I havent replied...I'm rushed again tonight but I will return the encouragement....don't give up on me!

First weigh-in
Well....6.5 lbs..good start...i'm so glad to be back in the 190's!
Phewwww....making this a short post as kids are all around so later all and have a great week!

Starting over again...
Well, here we go again but just like my blog's name...im not giving up!!!
My lowest last yr was 183....now i am 19.5 lbs from that! Can't believe im there but as many of you know...its so hard to keep it off isnt it?? ANyways...im proud to say that i am off to a good start.
Curves 2-3 per week and attending weight watchers...5 wks to start...2 solid days so far...i know that if i can get through this week and have a good loss..i will be motivated to keep at it till i reach my 10% ....which is 20 lbs....so....182.5.
Once im there i want to aim for somewhere in the 170's for maintenance. No more struggling for an "ideal" weight....if i can live fairly well at my present weight, im sure 170 something will more than suffice.
Anyways...anyone out there need some support once a week, add me as a friend and maybe we will help each other with our goals?

Quick update....
Ughh....i am sooooooooo tired..so this is going to be quick and i'm sorry it will be abit before i visit everyone else's blog to offer some support....im just ...so...whacked!
Anyways...went to WI...but had my son with me so had to go home. Good news is that I am down 2 lbs....just 1 lb short of my first goal.
I'm going to weigh-in maybe on Mon morning and hopefully I will be down more by then.

MIA at WI
Enough code for you?? lol
What it means is that I didn't make it to my meeting so I will have to go on Fri at another location....
But how am i doing? I have to admit...I know that this week was not a very good one...
1) I didn't drink enough water each day
2) I wasn't active enough...which means..too much staying up late on the computer
3) Missed counting a few days of points....
4) Missed getting more veggies and protein in....
SOOOOoooo...that being said...I must focus...and
1) Drink my 4 glasses of fresh water a day
2) Walk Walk Walk...and go to the GYM!!!
3) Buy groceries for heaven' sakes!!! That means VEGGIES, MEAT AND JUST GOOD STUFF....
4) Record EVERYTHING..in points...
So there it is...hoping for still some loss on Fri/Sat...see you al in your blogs girls...
Let's keep it up...dont give up!!

Off to a good start....
Tonight was weigh-in and I'm down...2 lbs.
I'm pretty happy about this as I am only 2 days into my TOM and I usually stay the same during this time.
If I am careful and stay within points allowed, get some walking time in ect....drink my water, I am hoping to be at my first mini goal by next WI...or even better than that....
So a total of 5 lbs ...by next week...onward to my second goal of 10 lbs!! Yes...and I'm gonna do it....

Looking forward to WI tomorrow
This week has gone well so far, and i'm actually looking forward to weighing in.
With TOM soon out of the way, i should see a good loss ..if not this week..then for sure, the next. Also the warm weather is coming..yaaaaaaaay.....finally....as I want to enjoy some walking and get my kids out too.
I know I am eating right but not getting enough exercise, so that will be my focus for the next week onward.

Question about walking....
If my muscles are fairly toned...do you suppose one could get away with just walking each day for fitness as opposed to going to the gym?
It's just now that spring is almost here, I'd rather invest in some outdoor fitness clothing, and get out and walk for an hour a day, at a good pace.
Maybe I could just do the strength training twice a week, so that I am outdoors...or maybe just wait till the bad weather again?
Any thought people?

Difficult day...
Well...I'm not going to beat myself up...i had a tough day emotionally...hating PMS!! Adding fighting kids to the mix and it's that much harder!
I ended up making peanut butter cookies...but low on the sugary side....at a few of them and then felt BLAH..like all my energy had been stolen from me! Did I learn my lesson....garbage in...garbage out.
One thing I am happy to announce though is that I did NOT go for the hot wings that are still in my fridge...as I am realizing that eating for emotional reasons just doesnt help!
I am thinking that for the extra points I went over today, I am bound and determined to get my veggies in tomorrow, of course my water and see if I can fill up enough on extra veggies to offset the extra points...I'm joining my gym in town too, so that I can resume my workouts as I just dont cash to buy my elliptical ...yet.
I have till Wed WI to make the next 4 days count and I WILL see a loss....no matter that I fell today....
I refuse to beat myself up over it cause I am doing the best I can, and am human.

Self-control....
Well...I have almost used up all my extra points for the week but amazingly...i think i have done OK.
I did have some hot wings Thurs night but stopped at 4 and put the rest away ...and yes...proud to say..they are still in my fridge..lol
Used to be chocolate chip cookies..but hot wings are my food weakness...i think i could live off of them...hehe
So..note to me:...i have 5 days worth of eating to do and stay within my 24 point range...so I know I will have to be careful in that I dont use all my points up in one meal but instead, portion them so that I feel full thoughout the day....one day at a time is my motto.
Here's to making good lower point choices from Sat-Wed....
