Back on Track Now....

So I went back to school and the last thing on my priority list was working out. Well, it needs to shoot right on back up there. With good time management and teamwork with my husband, all can be accomplished.

Be looking for some new motivated posts as it WILL happen.

I know that the only thing worse talking about finances is talking about weight. Well I am here to tell you that this girl is overweight and out of shape. This is due to a lack of effort on my part.

So in an effort to get back in shape (and hopefully some weight loss )-I will be posting a weekly fitness blog on here. Yes, it would be fantastic if I were the type of person who didn't need to answer to someone else but as embarrassing as it is to admit-I need some support!

It is all about fitness and feeling confident in myself. The ONLY reason weight is even included on here is because of the army standard. My personal goal weight is 125 by my next birthday (WAY lower than the new army standard )!

Here are my goals for passing my PT test by February 5, 2007 (my 27th birthday):

25 pushups, 75 situps, 17:00 minute 2-mile run.

Thank you all for the support. If anyone would like to join me in this expedition-let me know.

Love to all !

You are so right...

about needing support to get through this.  You don't have nearly the weight I need to lose but I also know that when it comes right down to it, it doesn't matter if you have 20 or 200 lbs to lose, it's still DAMNED HARD!!

I love all the support I've received since I started on EP and I'll certainly be checking in to see how you are doing :)
