My weekly update
I'm participating in an online challenge and we recently wrapped up our first month on Tuesday. I was happy to report over 8" and 9lbs lost for my first month. This month my goal is to focus on my arms and my abs. I'm going to incorporate more fruit and veggies into my diet. I'm actually having a good time with this. It's nice to see the pounds and inches melt away. I also for the first time ever seem to have the patience to take it one pound at a time. In the past I always wanted super quick results only to be stuck at the same weight forever. It's much more rewarding to see a pound lost here and there and be thinner by the end of the month.
