Getting There!
Well, I'm down 9 pounds since I started this diet. I feel really positive about what I'm doing. I have really conquered one goal which is drinking my water. That makes me feel great! I feel that's a very important goal for effective weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. Prior to this month I was drinking several diet soda's a day. I hadn't had one in several days and yesterday I had one with dinner and only drank 1/2. Feels good! The loss of 9 pounds feels great! I'd like to lose at least one more pound by Tuesday so that I'll have an even 10 pound loss for the month of February! Now that I've conquered my water goal I want to begin using the treadmill everyday! I would like to say by the end of March that it's just become part of my daily routine :)
