The losing begins!
Originally I had decided to start my diet today (Feb. 2nd), but yesterday at about 11am I changed my mind and decided to start at that moment. Yes, I had already eaten things in the morning that wouldn't be considered diet food, but what did I have to lose by starting at that time rather than eating more of that bad food for the rest of the day? I lost 1/2 a pound because of that decision. I know that's not earth shattering, but it's 1/2 a pound towards my goal.
