Bridal Bootcamp
I'm just loving this Bridal Bootcamp program! I'm in the middle of my second week right now and I can already feel an improvement in my strength and energy. I lost 3 lbs this week. I only want to lose 2lbs a week because I fear losing lean muscle if I lose anymore than that. I'd love to lose it all in a week if I could, but I just don't want to wind up flabby. I'm really happy with my progress so far and I'm at the point that people are starting to notice. I'm fitting into a few things that I haven't been able to wear since the beginning of my pregnancy. My goal is 130 but I know when I reach another 10lb loss I'm going to be feeling really good.
