Phentermine late in the morning

Well, today was a big day.  Went to the folks' house for some tacos and chilli, to watch my college football team play (go ISU!!!!) even though they lost, it was still a well played game.  I took my phen way later than I normally do, that is why I am up typing at 11:30pm.  Not real tired right now.  Had a larger than normal meal at noon, and then went out for super.  Woah am I stuffed, and have a sick stomache.  Tomorrow will be a better day, I can get back to the swimming pool!  Fortunately super I ate ok, veggies instead of fries and a hamburger at texas roadhouse.

Weight loss slowing..

For some reason, my weight loss has began to slow.  I have been exercising a lot lately, swimming 3x per week and practicing tae kwon do.  My thoughts are telling me that I am gaining muscle mass, since my body measurements for my arms thighs chest calves have stayed the same, and firmed up, my neck has gotten bigger, and my stomache and hips have gotten smaller.  I am feeling good, just normal aches and pains from working out.  So we will continue on with what we are doing, and see what the out come will be!

feeling good and back on track

last night i started tae kwon do up again.  it has been almost 10 years since i was in it!  back in the ole college days!  practice was about as i remember it, intense and rewarding!  today i did swim for 40 min, i am going to try to swim on the days that i dont have tae kwon do. 

i am so close to getting under 300 pounds, i can almost taste it!  my blood sugars are coming around i am feeling great!

Fell off the band wagon!

Yesterday was a rough day, all kinds of good food.  I know that I still have eating compulsions that I need to get into control of.  Today will be the restart or "reboot" to my weight loss!

One week of phentermine

Well, the week has finally gone by.  I am down 12.5 pounds, my blood sugars have come way down, (prob because I am eating way less).  I am starting to feel pretty good! I am roughly 94 pounds away from my goal weight!!  I do have a short term goal of 275, hope to be at that in a month or so!!!  I used to wrestle at 260, and I felt great at that weight!  I have been swimming, well making an attempt to swim.  Hopefully soon I will start taking tae kwon do again.  Right now I am feeling pretty motivated!!!!!

Almost a week since I started taking phentermine.

Well, it hasn't been bad yet!  The first few nights I didn't sleep well, about 4 of them.  Now I think that my body is getting used to being, "on alert." I have lost 12.5 pounds, am feeling pretty darn good.  Haven't been real hungary, acutally not hungary at all.  I have been very good at fighting my sweets compulsion.  I haven't had any sweets since last week.  This site has been good for me, by being able to track diet, exercise, and weight loss.  I am excited, now I am less than 100lbs from my goal weight!!!
