Feeling Blah
Ok not sure what happened this morning but I really didn't have the energy to complete my workout. I just felt tired
. Not sure if it's from the lack of protein, me going to bed late last night or the thoughts of the running around I have to do today. Oh well the only thing I didn't do today was my weight routine. I still plan on going to zumba tonight.
The weekend was pretty good I went out with some friends and while they munched on wings I ate ......nothing lol. I did treat myself to half a container of General Tso's chicken but went straight to the gym afterwards. Sadly I had two drinks but chugged water before I went to bed (in hopes that it would all wash away lol) I did hop on the scale before going to bed that night and it read 220.0
Let's just say I was super excited but today is my regular weigh in day and I am still stuck at 222. Saturday was cool to I went to work with my healthy snacks and water. I even left and went for a walk on break while my co-workers ate Fried Chicken from Popeye's.
Oh well just hoping everyone has had a good weekend and still striving to lead a better, healthier lifestyle. Until next time .
