Time's a-wasting
Only 78 more days to my Cancun trip
and although I'm excited I have been up and down with weight loss. My goal is simple reach a minimum of 190 pds (max 200pds) by the time the plane takes off.
Can I do it you ask? Well I sure as hell hope so....I don't want to look like a tropical beached whale in a sea of little skimpy dolphins
. I know I won't be able to achieve 2 piece level (wearing a bikini) but I at least want to be toned and able to give the illusion of being fit minus the rolls in my one piece. I also want to be able to take some killer photos w/o having to worry about how to angle my face so that it looks smaller or worry if my back fat is showing b/c my arm isn't positioned correctly.
So far I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I usually walk 15 min on the treadmill followed by 15 min of elliptical and I do upper and lower body exercises using weights depending on what day it is. Three times a week I go to Zumba ( a fun, heart pumping Latin dance/exercise class designed to burn 800-1000) calories so the instructor says. So if I'm doing all that why am I still meaty you wonder?
My job works against me I don't have a natural sleep pattern since I work at nights, and the weekends. Plus running to the gym, running errands, and running back to work doesn't leave to much time to plan meals.
So the next two weeks will my planning weeks. I'm thinking of doing a detox and goggling some different exercises to shock my body back into workout mode. Eating more fruits/veggies plus drinking more water is on the agenda as well.
