Rambling on and on
Last night it took me forever to get to the ymca, usually I try to arrive around 6:30pm. Well because I was not really feeling motivated to go I arrived at 7:30. My walk to the "y" wasn't my usual fast walk, it was more like a casual walk in the park pace. I thought about the parts of weight loss and the different subcatagories in reference to it...
Motivation (is needed to get you off the couch and moving... you may not have it everyday you have to keep moving. You have to be able to push when you really want to give up. Keep yourself motivated.)
Food Consumption ( what you should eat lots of vs what you should eat only a little of) mess this one up and you gain or go into starvation mode
. This one is very important. Oh and you have to drink water no mater how unthirsty you feel or how much you don't like water.
Exercise ( you have to move your body ... a lot!) What's the point of wanting to lose weight if you don't exercise.
