Ok so for the past 3 weeks I have weighed in at 227.4 It's weird because I have weighed the same first thing in the morning and in the evenings. (I know that the a.m and p.m weight should be different) Maybe I need a new scale. This friday I am going shopping, I will be stocking up on proteins, veggies, and fresh fruit. I have to get the eating portion together. Maybe that's why I'm stuck.
Last nights Zumba class was fun as usual. After class some of the students and I along with the instructor were talking about dressing up for halloween and learing how to do the dance to Micheal Jackson's "Thriller" song. I think it will be fun. We talked so long, I was a bit late for water aerobics. LOL I would say I had a good workout but I was very hungry and tired afterwards. (I have to find a way to eat between leaving work & walking to the gym. Usually I eat lunch at 12noon and I won't eat again until like 10pm... I always try to make it a very light dinner.... last night was a bowl of cheerios) This morning I stayed in bed a bit longer than I should have. Tonight is Zumba with M, she is a bit faster with her Zumba and I am doing my weights.
Have a good day everyone!!!

Yup!
Ditto what they said lol.
OMG doing Thriller sounds like a blast! Wish I could join!!!
I HAVE to have a snack in the afternoon at work. Otherwise I am famished and go straight home from work to eat dinner skipping my workout, like I did last night I work 7-3:30 so usually around 2:30 I have something light and that gets me through my workout ok, but Im still always hungry by the time my workouts done.
Yes, you definitely need something in between working and working out. Can you eat at your job? That means you are going 10 hours without food. Not good for your body.
And, yes, I would say that if your eating isn't under control, that could most definitely be why you're "stuck". That's good, though. Because you know that once you eat on plan, the scale will start moving. (As opposed to you doing everythin on plan and still not losing...)
You definitely need a couple of snacks to keep your metabolism going in the afternoon, especially if you are working out. See, when you don't give your body enough fuel it starts to feed off of your muscle instead of fat stores because muscle is a better source of energy. You don't want to lose any muscle. Better get some some almonds or some other kind of protein that you can easily snack on between work & working out.
